YoLink is a SaaS platform for creating and managing short links, QR codes, mobile YoPage pages, UTM parameters, click analytics, and other related tools.

YoLink services are available through yolink.es and yolink.one, as well as related subdomains and localized versions of the websites.

2. Payments

Paid YoLink subscriptions are purchased through Paddle.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the sale of paid YoLink subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, payment documents, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with its own terms.

YoLink remains the developer, operator, and licensor of the software product and provides technical support relating to the use of the Service.

3. Legal Documents

Use of YoLink is governed by the following documents:

— Terms of Use;
— Privacy Policy;
— Cookie Policy;
— Legal Notice;
— Refund and Cancellation Policy;
— Acceptable Use Policy;
— applicable Subscription and Billing Terms;
— applicable documents relating to data protection, content processing, and security.

If there is any conflict between documents, specific terms governing a particular matter shall prevail over general terms.

For payments, refunds, taxes, and transactions carried out by Paddle as Merchant of Record, Paddle's terms also apply.

4. Applicable Law

The operator is registered in Ukraine.

When services are provided to users in the European Union, European Economic Area, Spain, United Kingdom, or other countries, mandatory provisions of local law also apply where they are applicable to the relevant user or Service.

Nothing in YoLink's legal documents limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
