This Legal Notice governs access to YoLink websites and provides identification information concerning the provider of the online service.
It applies to yolink.es, yolink.one, and related YoLink interfaces and subdomains.

2. Purpose of the Websites
YoLink provides online tools for:
— creating and managing short URLs;
— creating QR codes;
— creating YoPage pages;
— managing UTM parameters;
— analyzing clicks, views, and interactions;
— managing campaigns and accounts;
— API access and other functions available under the relevant plan.
Features may vary depending on the plan.
3. Two YoLink Domains
The domains yolink.es and yolink.one form part of the same YoLink service and may share infrastructure, accounts, and functionality.
Users may create links using a supported domain depending on the settings available for their account and plan.
Use of one domain rather than the other does not mean that a different service provider is involved.
4. Intellectual Property
YoLink software code, design, interfaces, databases, logo, documentation, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Rights in user-generated content remain with the relevant users or rights holders.
Access to YoLink does not transfer ownership rights in the software or YoLink brand to the user.
5. User Content and External Websites
YoLink allows users to create short links, QR codes, and YoPage pages that may direct visitors to third-party websites.
YoLink does not own most external destination websites and does not control their content.
The user who creates a link or YoPage is responsible for the legality of the content and links they publish.
If you identify phishing, malware, fraud, rights violations, or illegal content, please report it to abuse@yolink.one.
6. Availability
We take reasonable technical measures to maintain the availability of YoLink, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, network issues, and circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control may occur.
7. Payments
Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
Paddle is responsible for processing the relevant payment transaction, taxes, payment documents, and transaction-related buyer support.
YoLink provides the digital product itself and technical support relating to its use.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Applicable Law
The relationship with the operator is governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory provisions of the user's local law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Consumers in the EU/EEA retain all mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
